Where does David Beckham get his fashion tips from?

England Football legend and heartthrob gets his fashion tips from American Style guru Nickelson Wooster. has always been a dedicated follower of fashion – and now we think we know who he follows.

Not his fashion designer wife Posh Spice Victoria, but American style guru Nickelson Wooster.

Earlier this month when in China to promote football, Becks slipped his tie into his shirt which Wooster, who calls himself an “old midget queen”, does all the time.

In February Becks, who has recently signed for Paris Saint-Germain, dazzled chic Parisians on the Champs Elysees by wearing a pair of canary yellow shoes. Wooster has an identical pair.

Then there’s the beige, slightly tweedy look the player debuted at Manhattan’s swish Balthazar restaurant last September. A quick flick through fashion files reveals Wooster wore it first.

Even Becks’ full-length arm tattoos look similar to grey-haired Wooster’s colourful body art. And the two men seem to wear similar large sunglasses.

But internet sensation Wooster was modest about Twitter claims that the former England captain was copying his “rugged yet tailored look”
