Why not start a day with a healthy Cereal?


You must have heared it that HEALTH IS WEALTH.So why not increase your wealth? Lets start a day with a healthy cereal that includes yogurt and fresh fruits.
  CEREAL TARTS WITH YOGURT AND FRESH FRIUTS
Ingredients:
5 cups fornflakes
4 strips unsalted butter(melted)
6 Tbsp maple syrup
16 ounces plain yogurt
16 ounces vanilla yogurt
3 cups mix fresh fruits

Method:
Make the tart shells: Preheat oven to 350F.Place eight 4-inch round tart pans with removeable bottoms on a baking sheet and set aside.place the cornflakes in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade and process until combine.Transfer the cereal mixture to a large bowl,drizzle with the melted butter,toss to combine.Stir in a maple syrup.Evenly divide the cereal mixture among the tart pans and press along the bottoms and sides to form a shells.Bake for 10 minutes.Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
Assemble the tarts:Remove the shells from the moulds and transfer each to a serving plate.Mix yogurts together and top each tart shell with 1/4 cup of fresh fruits Or anything you would like to top up with fruits then again coat a layer of yougurts and fruits
. It can be assembled as per your taste.
