A
psychologist was teaching a stress management class. To explain a topic in a
wonderful way she walked around the table and picked up a glass, and then she
filled half of it with water.
Then,
She said “Is
it half filled or half empty?” It doesn’t
matter; she asked the audience “How heavy it is?”
Answer
called out 8 oz some said 20 oz etc.
She replied,
“The weight doesn’t matter “. It depends on how long I hold it..! if I hold it
for a min I won’t have any problem at all but if I hold it for an hour I’ll get
pain in my hand and If I hold it for a day I may get paralyzed.
Conclusion:
“The stress
worries and sadness are like this glass of water If you hold it for too long
you’ll be paralyzed and became Numb, so remember to let Go of it..! Remember to put down the
glass.”
