Tiger Woods continues to be the favorite at British Open

Tiger Woods is yet to win a major tournament , The last time he won was 5 years ago. But that matters little to golf oddsmakers

However, he still remains the favorite for the famous British open which is yet to take place 10 days from now. Woods was favored even more at the US Open (9-2 to Rory McIlroy's 20-1) and less so at Augusta (3-1 to Rory McIlroy's 12-1). and less so at Augusta (3-1 to Rory McIlroy's 12-1).  The shocking bit of the British Open is that this is the first time all year McIlroy hasn't been the clear cut No. 2 favorite heading into a major. It's a reflection of his play, obviously, but it's also a reflection of the fact that nobody was betting on him. (He opened at 12-1.)
